who cares about builds, as long as when you're done waiting for 40 minutes you unnecessarily click the ground at a furious 90 clicks per second for the duration of the match, you're bound to win.

You're doing it wrong. Crit strikes, less attacks, more IMS and/or IAS.

i lol'd.
for the builds,
1. crit strikes are needed. otherwise what's the point of being a sin.
2. twisting fangs is almost always better than blades of steel. the only time you would use blades is when you already have another way to apply deep wound or if you are using both BoS and TF.
3. you neeeeed an ias on the 2nd and 3rd builds. the 1st one not really since you only have 2 actual attacks.

I can't tell if you're trolling or not. Anyways, builds #1 and #3 are so bad I wouldn't bother tweaking them.
#2 is the only one that has some potential. Like others have said, your atts are way off (12 shadow just for Refuge is borderline retarded) but at least the combo itself might be effective.
Suggestions:
- Change atts to 13 dagger, 13 crit, 7 shadow.
AoD
Leaping Mantis, Jungle, HotO, Falling Lotus, Twisting
Dash
Refuge (or rather, Flurry. stop being bad)
- HotO over Trampling since your cripple is far from guaranteed
- Dash because AoD has aftercast, and occasionally you'll meet someone with a brain
- Falling Lotus over Falling Spider/Lotus Strike because that's the point where you'll most likely need some energy
- Twisting over BoS because spikes without DW are fail
